With My Sexy Bikini you have 7 days (from the date of receipt of your new Bikini swimsuit) to make a possible exchange.

It is, however, strongly recommended that you consult our size chart before confirming your order from Sexy Bikini.

Be aware! You can only return the Bikini swimsuit if and only if:

• The Bikini has not been worn or washed,
• The Bikini’s interior protection has not been removed,
• The Swimsuit’s original labels are still attached,
• The Bikini has not been deteriorated in any way,
• The Swimsuit is returned in its original packaging.

This excludes all altered or damaged products even if only used once.

The client should contact customerservice@my-sexy-bikini.com then return the Sexy Bikini by registered Colissimo, at the client’s expense, to the following address: CAMIREL Diffusion 489 Chemin de la Maunière 83400 HYERES FRANCE.

All complaints made after the deadline of 7 days cannot be accepted by our services.
www.my-sexy-bikini.com reserves the right to refuse all exchanges if the Bikini swimsuit is not returned in good condition.
